Your business will be listed in the Membership Directory designed for member-to-member business. In addition, your business will be listed on our Chamber’s website. You will have access to the members only section, including resume builder and database, and ability to post your company’s employment opportunities. Your company profile on the Hispanic Chamber website will also increase your search engine optimization for customers to find you on Internet.
Member Promotion and Visibility
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce promotes our member businesses and services to members and non-members via our quarterly newsletters, weekly email updates, website, and telephone referrals. You may also advertise your business in the Hispanic Chamber’s various publications.
Networking
At the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s monthly networking events, members and non-members have access to the Hispanic community’s most successful business people and provide an opportunity to meet with the owners and decision-makers of those businesses.
Procurement
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce offers its member businesses a complimentary profile in our web-based database that automatically notifies companies of upcoming bids in Jackson County and other participating municipalities. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce works closely with our corporate partners and their offices of supplier diversity, Government procurement programs and promotes relationships between Hispanic businesses and corporations. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce also hosts Procurement Roundtables designed to create matchmaking opportunities.
Small Business Development
Small business members can schedule an appointment for one on one consulting to assist the business with business planning, business strategies, minority, women, and veteran certifications and assistance with current challenges that they may be experiencing.
Reciprocating Memberships
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has reciprocating memberships with area organizations. Contact the Chamber for a list of these organizations.
Radio Interview
Once a week we interview a member organization for an hour on air for free. Members have the valuable opportunity to be a guest in our radio show “Hispanos en Accion” that airs every Sunday in La GranD 1340 AM.
Email Blast
We have a weekly email blast that goes out once a week, all member organizations are allowed to advertise their upcoming events/sales for free on these blast.
Ribbon Cutting
We provide ribbon cutting ceremonies for Grand openings, anniversaries, and special occasions to our members.
Hot Jobs – Job Postings
As a member you are able to pst job opportunities on our website as well as posting that opportunity on a bi-monthly email that goes out to over a 1000 people on the Hispanic community.
Social Media Promotion
Promote your product or service or carrer opportunities via the Hispanic chamber social media channels such as: Google+, Facebook andTwiter. With over 12,000 people outreach in the Kansas City Metro.
Information
Business Resources
Members have access to business references, economic research and data, periodicals, census information, demographics, and current business publications. Business members have access to the bilingual Polo Alto business planning software at the State Farm Hispanic Small business resource Center.
Seminars
Members can attend and participate in business development seminars. Please check our website for exact dates and times for our Lunch & Learn Seminars and our Hispanic chamber Power Breakfast.
