Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission, located at 8300 Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Merriam, Kansas 66202, is currently seeking a Spanish and English speaking Service Advisor to join our team! This is a high volume service drive with a large Spanish speaking client base. It is our goal to ensure we are meeting the needs of all of our clients to the best of our ability!
The Job:
Responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers. Responsible for scheduling service to be performed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance and advises customers on necessary and recommended services
- Offers additional services and repairs to customers
- Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs and computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
- Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer and schedules appointments with customer.
- Meets dealership’s standards for repair and order production and maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Other duties as assigned
