Overview:
Due to the new Executive Orders’ by Mayor Quinton Lucas restaurants are now
required to seat only 50% of their usual capacity, almost halving the income for
small business owners already struggling. We here at Publius Media in
conjunction with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City
have outlined a plan to ensure every business has their digital space set up to
replace the income lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic and turn it into Digital
