Specific Role

C2FO Capital Finance (“CapFin”) is a team within C2FO that offers an innovative look at working capital lending and factoring and is the fastest growing and most complex segment of C2FO. By improving and innovating the technology, mechanics, and transparency around traditional credit facilities, C2FO Capital Finance offers businesses an alternative to antiquated finance options (e.g. debt from banks, selling receivables, supply chain finance programs) and helps C2FO achieve strategic goals by encouraging Early Pay usage by edge nodes in the C2FO network.

The Process Improvement Manager is a new role being added to support the growth of the CapFin team. This role will work to improve operations, sales, risk, and underwriting processes and drive continuous improvement in client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand current pain points and opportunities for improvement.  Work collectively with CapFin teams to determine priorities and strategy.  Design solutions, work to gather buy-in from team members, implement, communicate changes, and train end-users.

  • Work cross functionally with the data and business intelligence, Salesforce administration, product, and engineering teams within C2FO to develop solutions for the CapFin team.

  • Research potential software solutions, present recommendations, and work to implement as appropriate.

How to know if this role is for you:

  • You are curious, strongly dislike the phrase “we have always done it that way”, and are energized by digging into the details and pushing to find the root of a problem.

  • You want to be part of building something and take great pride in bringing creativity and vision to a role and seeing your personal impact on a project/team/process.

  • Problems are just opportunities for improvement.

  • Learning new software is SO MUCH FUN for you.  You can navigate online support, training, and documentation to teach yourself.

  • Shifting priorities, change, and diving in to help resolve a problem are all part of a great day.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting or a technical field.  MBA or other advanced degree, a plus.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Familiarity with databases — SQL experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

The following would be a plus for the role, but are not required:

  • Experience with analytical or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx.

  • Certified Lean/Six Sigma.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
