Each year at our Annual Meeting we also elect members to the Board of Directors.

To exercise your voting rights, you must be a member in good standing and arrive before 5:45 p.m. (Allow time for parking).

At the annual meeting, nominations may be made from the floor by any member in good standing. The nomination requires a “second” by another member. Then the nominee’s name can be added to the ballot.
