Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a valued member of the broader Human Resources team, you will be relied upon to assist the recruiting process and to contribute value to the bank’s talent-related decisions.  You will build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and become a key player in an essential process of our bank.  You will perform a wide variety of support functions for the talent acquisition team.  You will engage with internal and external customers while providing legendary service levels.  Your strong combination of interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills makes you a valued resource and partner.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Full- Cycle Recruiting
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand current and long-term talent needs. Develop tailored recruiting strategies to generate a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Proactively identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, industry events, and colleges and universities.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Interview and assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, abilities, and cultural fit.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate pipelines; adjust recruiting strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

 

  • Employment Branding
  • Collaborate with marketing team to strengthen Central Bank of the Midwest employment brand and position the bank as an employer of choice.
  • Implement employment branding strategies across various social media platforms, on campuses, and at community events to enhance visibility and increase brand awareness.

 

  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Specific measured behavior
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Generate and present recruitment reports to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend updates to recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 
        
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; previous industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software; ADP experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
